My Medicine Story…
I am a fourth-year medical school student at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. I have known I was destined for the medical field since high school due to my empathetic nature and love for science. After completing my core rotations this past year, I decided to declare the field of pediatrics. I chose this specialty for its focus on the developmental stages of children and my natural ability and desire to connect with the little ones. My passion for pediatrics is fueled by a deeply personal experience with my own pediatrician, whose compassionate care left a lasting impression on me. I now aspires to be the same source of comfort, guidance, and inspiration for my future patients. I want to ensure every child under my care receives not only top-notch medical attention but also the empathy and support they deserve during their most formative years. I will graduate in May of 2026 and I could not be more excited to take on the title of Dr. Duncan.
